How we have managed people: Jessie

We have managed people by splitting the tasks up according to what we believed we would find easiest/would be best at doing and we also split the equally or roughly so we each had the same workload.

We have also split up the tasks so that rather than one person having all of the difficult tasks, they have been divided between each of us so we all have tasks of varying difficulty/length. We asked people to take part in our advert and spoke to them about the roles that we needed them to take up, as well as when we would need to rehearse or meet up.

We spoke to each other within the group to clarify whether we thought something was going to work out, and if not we spoke up so that we could make changes to enable us to continue with minimal disruption.
